Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, full-length research papers to the 2026 International Conference on Advanced Energy, Environment and Materials (ICAEEM 26). Submissions should present original research findings, innovative methodologies, or practical applications related to the conference themes.

Submission Guidelines

• Full Articles Only: ICAEEM 26 does not collect preliminary abstracts. Authors must submit their completed full-length manuscripts directly.

• Language: All manuscripts must be written clearly in English.

• Originality: Submitted papers must represent original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere.

• Journal Formatting: The conference does not enforce a strict, uniform template. Instead, authors must format their papers according to the specific guidelines of their chosen target journal.

• Peer Review: All submissions are subject to the independent peer-review policies and final decisions of the respective journal tracks.

🔹 Track 2: Energy Engineering (Special Issue Track)

If you are submitting to the Energy Engineering journal, you are submitting to our dedicated Special Issue. To ensure your paper is correctly routed and to receive a 60% APC discount, you must strictly follow these two steps during submission:

1. Select the Special Issue: During the manuscript submission process on the portal, you must manually select our specific Special Issue from the dropdown menu (as illustrated in the submission guide image below).

2. Mention the Conference in Your Cover Letter: You must explicitly state in your cover letter that your submission is part of ICAEEM 26. This is a mandatory requirement to qualify for the 60% APC discount.
