Registration & Presentation Confirmation Letters
Registered participants who require an official confirmation or acceptance letter to support their institutional funding, academic requirements, or professional development records may request one from the conference organizing committee.
To request a confirmation letter, please send the following information to the conference secretariat:

Nationality / Country of residence
Affiliation / Institution
Paper ID (if applicable)
Contact email address
Confirmation letters will be issued only to participants who have completed official conference registration.

All presentation schedules will be listed in the official conference program along with the designated time zones.
