Participants who require a visa to enter Thailand are encouraged to apply for the appropriate visa well in advance of their travel date. Visa requirements vary depending on the participant’s nationality and country of residence.
The 2026 International Conference on Advanced Energy, Environment and Materials (ICAEEM 26) will be held in Pattaya, Thailand, and international participants may need to obtain a Thai visa before traveling.

Registered participants who require a visa invitation letter to support their visa application may request one from the conference organizing committee.
To request an invitation letter, please send the following information to the conference secretariat:

Passport scan (optional but recommended)
Invitation letters will be issued only to participants who have completed conference registration.
