Participants do not require a travel visa to attend the conference, as all sessions will be conducted entirely online. You can join the event from your country of residence via our virtual conference platform.
Registration & Presentation Confirmation Letters
Registered participants who require an official confirmation or acceptance letter to support their institutional funding, academic requirements, or professional development records may request one from the conference organizing committee.
To request a confirmation letter, please send the following information to the conference secretariat:
Full name
Nationality / Country of residence
Affiliation / Institution
Paper ID (if applicable)
Contact email address
Confirmation letters will be issued only to participants who have completed official conference registration.
The conference committee provides confirmation letters solely to verify registration and presentation status for the virtual event.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary hardware/software to access the online conference platform.
All presentation schedules will be listed in the official conference program along with the designated time zones.
